We hope that each purchase brings you lasting enjoyment. However, should you wish to discuss a return or exchange, we are here to assist.

For change-of-mind purchases, we are pleased to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn, unused and in its original condition.

• Returned with all original labels and tags attached.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Free from damage, alterations, perfume or other signs of wear.

All change-of-mind returns are subject to inspection and approval.

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, clearance and promotional purchases are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Special Orders & Bespoke Pieces

Items specially sourced, personalised, monogrammed or altered at a client's request cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and photographs of the item so that we may assist you promptly.

Your rights to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under applicable Australian and New Zealand consumer laws are not affected by this policy.

Returning Your Purchase

To request a return or exchange, please contact The Glencar Collection within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Where a return is required because of a product fault or an error on our part, we will meet our obligations under applicable consumer law, including reasonable return shipping costs where required.
